In the 4-H market beef show Wednesday, Aug. 17 at the Iowa State Fair Ben Bravard of Jefferson showed the reserve champion Maine-Anjou.
Away from 4-H judging, Elizabeth Gunn of Jefferson claimed champion ewe honors in the Baby Doll Sheep show jugged Aug. 18. She placed second in the color ram lamb –all ages, first in the color ewe lamb – all ages, and second in pair of lambs.
